QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field. Minimum GPA 3.00 on a scale of 4.00. MBA or CFA designation is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experiences in strategic planning roles, preferably in the industrial/property management industry or related sectors.
• Possesses strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Have good AKHLAK core values.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
• Understand Indonesian financial regulations, accounting standards, and corporate governance practices.
• Ability to translate financial analysis into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Proven track record of driving results, managing projects, and influencing decision making.
