Whistleblowing System
PT Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang (PT KITB) provides a communication channel for stakeholders to report fraud and/or violations through its Whistleblowing System (WBS). This platform is accessible to both internal and external parties to optimize the role of PT KITB and its stakeholders in disclosing suspected fraud and/or violations occurring within the PT KITB environment. This initiative aims to build and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of handling complaints internally and externally in a professional, transparent, and accountable manner while prioritizing confidentiality. It serves as part of PT KITB’s commitment to optimizing the eradication of corruption.
Whistleblowing System
Complaints that can be reported through the Whistleblowing System (WBS) include incidents related to:
- Corruption
- Bribery
- Gratification
- Conflicts of Interest
- Theft
- Legal Violations
Reporters can submit their complaints via: Telephone, Short Message Service (SMS), or WhatsApp to the official violation reporting number: 082324764503; and/or Email to: laporkan@grandbatangcity.co.id. Further communication regarding the submitted reports will be handled by the Whistleblowing System (WBS) management team of PT KITB.
