PT Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang (Grand Batang City) celebrates a remarkable achievement by reaching the highest sales record in 2023. Grand Batang City proudly announces that the revenue for 2023 has reached IDR 966 billion, making this accomplishment the best achievement to date.

This success not only reflects Grand Batang City's dedication to providing smart and sustainable industrial spaces but also marks the company's commitment to business growth in the Central Java region. "With a total land area of 107 hectares, Grand Batang City has exceeded the set sales targets, creating a significant positive impact on the industrial property sector. In 2023, we welcomed four tenants: PT Interskala Medika Solusindo, PT Wanxinda Batang Industry Land Investment, PT Wanxinda Green Travel Industry Development, and PT Xiang Jiang Group Indonesia," said Angga Brahmana, General Manager of Business and Marketing at Grand Batang City.

The tenants who joined in 2023 are part of phase 2. The phase 2 development, with an area of 400 hectares, serves as concrete evidence of Grand Batang City's commitment to expanding and increasing its capacity. This project has not only attracted attention but has also received positive responses from investors, as reflected in the significant land sales figures. Thus, Grand Batang City continues to strengthen its position as a premier investment destination with promising growth prospects in the industrial sector.

The high interest from investors is evident from the increasing investment in Grand Batang City. Concrete evidence of investor confidence is reflected in the high take-up rate of over 100 hectares per year, demonstrating that Grand Batang City can offer an attractive return on investment. This fact indicates that Grand Batang City is not only a promising investment choice but also a choice considered profitable by investors.

Grand Batang City has successfully garnered significant support for its project development, including various assistance and support provided by the government. One form of support is seen through Presidential Regulation No. 109 of 2020 on National Strategic Projects and Presidential Regulation No. 106 of 2022 on Accelerating Infrastructure Progress, particularly related to the development of Grand Batang City. With these regulations, all parties involved in this project can accelerate the realization of infrastructure development and supporting facilities in Grand Batang City.

Grand Batang City's infrastructure and facilities are highly comprehensive, including an area road network, apartments, an Integrated Waste Disposal Site (TPST), dams and transmission channels, reservoirs, Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), and gas transmission networks.
