Jakarta, May 15, 2024. PT Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang (Grand Batang City), a subsidiary of state-owned enterprise Danareksa, along with PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (Mandiri), PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BSI), and PT Mlapamlapi Berkah Samiyan (Locarasa), has signed a Lease Agreement (PS) to become the first retail and commercial tenants in the Grand Batang City management building.

This signing ceremony was conducted by Ngurah Wirawan, President Director of Grand Batang City, Muhammad Fajar, Vice President of Mandiri Tegal Area, Ficko Hardowiseto, Area Manager of Pekalongan, and Ragil Imam Wibowo, President Director of Locarasa, which took place at Menara Danareksa.

Ngurah Wirawan, President Director of Grand Batang City, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “We are delighted to welcome Mandiri, BSI, and Locarasa as the first tenants in the retail and commercial area of Grand Batang City.
